This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking, and does not load anything from third-party servers. Fonts and graphics are served from our own domain. The contact form works without any third-party spam service, so no consent banner is required.

Server log files

When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data that your browser transmits: the page requested, the time of the request, the browser type and version, the operating system, the referring page and the IP address. This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. It is not merged with other data and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, company and message you enter, in order to answer your enquiry. The message is delivered to our mailbox through Postmark, an email delivery provider, and stored there for the duration of transmission. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and delete them afterwards unless a retention obligation applies. We do not use the data for advertising and do not pass it on.

To keep automated spam out, the form checks a hidden field and how much time passed before it was submitted, and it limits how many messages can be sent from one internet address. No third-party service is involved and no cookie is set.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we store your message and your contact details in order to answer you and to handle any follow-up questions. We do not pass this information on without your consent, and we delete it once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You may request information about the data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to office@ggid-solutions.com.

Changes

If we add functions to this website that process personal data — a contact form or usage statistics, for example — we will update this page before those functions go live.
